The under 12's season started again today, with the boys playing some neat football to record a fine 3-1 against Falkirk Red.

Falkirk took the lead early on with their first real threat on our goal. However, the boys responded well and a well taken strike from outside the box saw the scores level at the break.

Stirling went ahead mid-way through the 2nd half when good play saw the 12's take the lead from a tap in from all of 2 or so yards. The victory was wrapped up when their keeper thought a cross was coming in, but quick thinking saw us grab a third at the near post.

Encouraging signs and a confidence boost for the boys for the coming season ahead.

Falkirk have many different playing teams. Falkirk Red is just one of their team names. They also have Falkirk White and Falkirk Blue.
